In what could be the biggest shake up in terms of E3 history, Nintendo announced that they have teamed up with Best Buy to bring select E3 demos to Best Buy stores in North America and Canada this June.
The stores will feature demos of both Wii U and 3DS games. Nintendo did something like this for the Wii U in December of last year and I was able to try the system then which influenced me to buy a basic system and a copy of Zombi U. This year Nintendo has forgone E3 and is instead bringing everything to the public with Nintendo Direct and now this. Nintendo seems more interested in listening to the response of the people than trying to make money and although they lost money this year it seems like the old days of the gamer comes first might be coming back.
E3 will be June 11-13. Xbox will have it’s conference on June 10th along with Sony. Nintendo stated they will have a Nintendo Direct around this time.

According to several Youtube Users, Nintendo has started to enforce their copyright on Youtube Videos.
Several “Lets Play” and other video authors have been targeted by Nintendo for copyright. Nintendo said they do not want to remove users videos, but starting soon they will add their own ads forcibly on videos about their IPs. This will affect both Monetized and non Monetized videos, due to being Nintendo`s Copyright.
It was not stated when this will take place, however if You have Nintendo videos on Your channel, expect to see ads for Nintendo Related games, projects and partners soon.

Today, Corocoro Magazine and Serubii.net revealed new information about Pokemon X/Y including 4 new Pokemon!
The first details are about trainers in that you can customize the skin and hair of your male or female trainer. This ties into the whole global launch I believe allowing everyone to make their own unique trainer. No idea’s on if you can customize clothes colors though but that would be cool.
The second bit of news is in the form of 4 brand new pokemon. gogoat who is an grass type, Elikiteru which is a electric type, Yayakoma who is a flying type and Yancham who is a fighting type AND a panda. So far these new pokemon look amazing and I cannot wait for the release this fall.

In other news water is wet, grass is green and Michael Bay is a horrible director.
Eiji Aonuma also stated that the ability to turn into a wall drawing was inspired by the wall Ganon boss in Ocarina of Time. Personally I don’t care cause I loved Link to the Past with an ungodly passion and cannot wait to get my hands on it this Holiday.http://www.geimaku.com/wp-admin/post-new.php#

Official Nintendo Magazine reported that company representative Hiroyuki Yamada stated that the project will be revealed soon. The announcement might be at E3 at this point. Let’s hope for Metroid Prime: Reborn or that Metroid/Star Fox crossover that was rumored last year.

Nintendo has decided to skip having a E3 presentation this year since they seem to be having huge success with Nintendo Direct and will host smaller events at E3 this year and I think that is a good idea. Let’s think about all the games announced this year via Nintendo Direct.
New 3DS Zelda game
a new project from Monolith Soft
Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem
Virtual Console deals
Mario news
Console updates
This strategy seems to be working and I hope it gets better in the future.

When you mention EarthBound to anyone you get joy filling their eyes. As you know, last week Nintendo announced they will be putting EarthBound on the Wii U virtual Console. Clyde Mandelin, The head translator of a Mother 3 translation group stated that he would gladly give his notes to Nintendo stating that he would make whatever changes needed to the script free of charge.
Now this is dedication. If you are willing to do a job for free just so others can enjoy something great. Clyde Mandelin has many years as a translator.
EarthBound will be released by Nintendo on the Wii U Virtual Console later this year.
I keep my promises. I will be live updating this section with news from the Nintendo Direct North America Stream. Go beyond the break as live updating this part of the page will result in a very long page.

This wave has among it’s cast Eevee, Mewtwo, Croagunk, Zoroark, Litwick and Genesect. It will make use of NFC technology to interact with the Wii U gamepad. The secnond shot seems to be an amalgamation of screenshots showing off the game itself, also if you listen carefully enough, you can hear parents wallets crying out in terror of another game like Skylanders.
