Today, the big reveal for Microsoft’s new console revealed the XBOX ONE, the third in the line of the successful Xbox series.
The system will contain a 500gb hard drive, Blu Ray drive, built in Wifi, an 8-core processor and 3.0 USB ports. The system will also come standard with the newly upgraded kinect and a newly rebuilt controller. Sadly, the game has no Backwards compatability due to the processor but at least Microsoft explained why the system has no BC rather than just tell us it’s selling us our old stuff. Microsoft also states it will still support the 360 with games and apps.
XBOX ONE will ship later this year. Tune to Geimaku for more information on pricing and release during E3.
Go beyond the break to view the monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey. No, really.
